Goldson’s Employer Sues City Over Missing Cash-Advance Repayments

The college board president’s former company, RCN Capital, once fronted a lot more than $500,000 to a school contractor whilst it waited to gather repayments for the invoices. A new lawsuit alleges that the town never settled near to half those bills.

RCN Capital, a lending that is commercial, is suing the town, claiming it never paid nearly $200,000 associated with invoices that RCN had purchased from Todd Howell’s NESAIM, LLC, an area company that welded steel, repainted walls, eliminated trash and plowed snowfall for the town. […]
